General information about the PCB
The
personnel training, qualification and certification in the field of
nondestructive testing (NDT) are being conducted in the Ukraine for Level I, II
and III (the highest) qualification according
to the state standard ÄÑÒÓ EN
473-2001 (EN 473-2000) "Qualification
and certification of NDT personnel. General principles" in legally not regulated area and according to the ÍÏÀÎÏ 0.00-1.27-97 “Rules for qualification of NDT personnel” and ÄÍÀÎÏ
0.00-8.14-97 “Order of NDT
personnel certification” in legally regulated area
(industrial safety). The personnel certification bodies (PCB) authorized for
working in legally regulated area carry out certification of NDT personnel for
the purpose to confirm the skill level of NDT personnel, working in one or more
NDT methods, used
for inspection the facilities with enhanced hazard, to provide the reliability
and objectivity of NDT results.
The NDT Personnel Certification Body SE “PROMBEZPEKA” is authorized by Derzhgirpromnaglyad of Ukraine (Order of Derzhpromgirnaglyad of Ukraine ¹117
from 11.07.2006)
for conducting the certification of NDT personnel testing facilities of
enhanced hazard in the field of industrial safety.
The
certification of NDT personnel under ÄÑÒÓ EN 473-2001 (EN 473-2000) is
providing on the ground of accreditation certificate DAR
(DAR registration ¹ TGA-ZP-06-98-70
issued 27.06.05)
The
special training of candidates is being conducted in the training centers
recognized by the PCB (TC) for
the certain NDT methods in different industrial sectors specified in ÍÏÀÎÏ
0.00-1.27-97 "Rules for qualification of NDT personnel" and in ÄÑÒÓ
EN 473-2001. The examinations are carried out by the Examination
centers accredited by the PCB (EC).
The
qualification and certification of NDT personnel under ÄÑÒÓ EN
473-2001 and ISO/IÅC 17024:2002
and under ÍÏÀÎÏ 0.00-1.27-97 and ÄÍÀÎÏ
0.00-8.14-97 are conducted separately (two activity direction of
the PCB “PROMBEZPEKA”).
